Former anime only here, just picked up the manga. Why would Historia be in the chapter? I finished the 2018 chapters last week, and it was made quite clear that Historia's involvement in the story had ended, when the Military Police revealed she was impregnated by her childhood friend, the farmer. Now, it was probably done so that she wouldn't interfere with Zeke's return to Paradis (wouldn't eat them) and it was definitely not out of love since Historia is a lesbian, but that's all. Historia's involvement in the story is over.
