She's definitely suffered more than Rem from what I saw from ova. And no I don't think the cave torture for rem counts since the timeline reset and she never lived through and grew because of that ordeal, meanwhile Emilia is mind broken from accidentally freezing her whole village.

Watching the sister you idolized lose a vital organ and the source of her power to protect you and then having to deal with her withering into a crippled shadow of her former self while you feel nothing but guilt?
And that's not even touching what came afterwards on her little revenge quest, Having most of her bones broken, body blown near apart, surviving another massacre by the skin of her teeth, etc...
