I haven’t. There are good shounen and bad shounen. It just happens that shounen hasn’t been good for a long time.

I started to hate shonen at 23 but now i'm 29 and found a new joy of reading shonen again.

Never ever. I still read shounen whenever I happen to find one that interests me, and something being "for adults" doesn't mean it won't be crap. Some of the most terrible and juvenile stories I've ever had the displeasure of reading happened to be Seinen/Josei.

Shonen isn't my favorite genre but in is more varied that just battle manga and seinin is a fucking joke these days anyway.
If I wanted borderline porn and self-insert power fantasies for Japanese shut-ins I would go and read hentai. We get at max maybe one good anime that actually feels mature a year at this point so it is a bad time to be a snob.
