Why do people keep thinking that Exkoto was only a fraction of level 6 when Gensie said that stage was 53%. The only time he used a low percentage was when he said the first form was only 2% when it attacked WB. He later says at 53% her personal reality will transform into something from another dimension which was the black hands see and at that point he would need to use a booster code. Which is what he tried to do but it was a fake.

It's been bothering me, but there was an unusually strong justification for it that led me to believe in it for so long, and that Kakine reaching it would be nigh-unstoppable. Was it because of some weird personal reality thing? which of the two do you prefer as a rival for Mikoto? I used to love the misaki/Mikoto dynamic but now it's just buddy-buddy and rosey so it's a bit boring (although I admit they did grow closer).

Misaki vs Mikoto is a friendly rivalry, whilst with Mugino its more of a driveby rivalry. Mugino is more of a rival with Kakine then Mikoto at this point.
