The only good Kirara shows are K-On, Gochiusa, Hidamari Sketch, and Machikado Mazoku. The rest range from okay (New Game S1/Blend S) to absolutely abysmal (Anima Yell/Koisuru Asteroid).

GochiUsa is low-tier CGDCT. It is vapid and shallow, and an example of everything wrong with CGDCT. Its only saving grace is relatively high production value.
The great shows on OP's image are K-ON, Yuyushiki, Hidamari Sketch and Yuru Camp.
