It's not really on BONES to decide if they want to do a filler recap episode at the start. It's because the comitties know that the show will be in a 5:30pm prime time slot where people who don't watch the show will tune in.
It's the exact same reason why they still have the characters names and Quirks show up every episode. It's also why they remove those for the Blu ray, since it'll be actual fans buying them and not the casual audience.

Animation looks fire just from the stills. I wish they would have given this arc just one more episode to conclude it instead of the cliffhanger but with the new chapter it looks like it was done on purpose by both parties. Excited for the best teamup of the series so far.

I think the biggest difference would of been the page count per chapter, which would've made the arc go by quicker and feel less of a drag. I still think the arc works when binged but it certainly was bogged down when reading weekly.

It should just have been condensed period. Make the fights last 1-2 chapters instead of 3-4. There's also the issue of the execution for the fights not being very good, but at least it's less of a drag.

That's what I'm saying though. If they had the same content but spread them over consistent 19 page chapters instead of the 13-15 page chapters we got (Ch 200 was even 11 pages), it would've been over much quicker and felt better paced.
