No one cares about your fujo show.

>S2
>2022

LMAO!!!

Is it still April 1st?

No they waited till April 3rd in Japan to announce it.

>2022

Well not like it hasn't been held back for years already.

But Tiger only has one minute now. What the fuck can he do?

>11 years for a sequel

very cool! i met the director at a comic con a few years back when the movie just came out (they showed it but we missed the last fifteen minutes because the panel started late). i asked him if there'd be a season 2 and he gave me a very japanese "maybe no."

They aimed for it coming out on the 10th anniversary of the show, hopefully that means they're pouring a lot of passion into it

Gotta milk Love Live with the new 2 anime for another couple years.

Cook one minute rice recipe

Ten, s1 came out in 2012

>2022
God willing we all get there, bros.

HOLY SHIT, IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING, IT'S ONLY BEEN 9 (11) YEARS

>original writer coming back
Finally. The movies sucked and nothing captured the same feel of s1. Also crazy how it took 11 fucking years to get s2.

>tfw your seiyuufu finally gets more work

Place bets on who dies first. Origami is a free spot.

fucking ten years

Resurrected Tiger wife

>Coming in 2022.
Nice, I've got enough time to actually watch through the rest of it.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT
But wtf you can't just announce it two years before it even comes out

desu, after how terrible that one spin-off was (something Decker?), I'm not feeling any excitement.

user... they first announced an intended continuation in 2018. This is Sunrise's final revenge

>This is Sunrise's final revenge
What did user mean by this?

There was a spin off?

Double Decker was a Final Fantasy like sequel in that it used similar concepts and had many references, but otherwise was unconnected to TandB

I liked s1 and the 1st movie, the rest not so much. There were different writers?

Don't see how it was terrible. It was entertaining.

"Women" were a mistake.

>9 fucking years later
>gotta wait 2 more
Holy fuck

Staff:
- Director: Mitsuko Kase
- Series Composition: Masafumi Nishida
- Character/Hero Design: Masakazu Katsura
- Development/Original work/Production: BN Pictures

You cared enough to reply, autist-kun.

Holy shit, I can't believe this is real.
>2022
I hope at least it'll be good.

will Katsura get off his ass and finish Zetman already?

2 years can go by real fast. Just knowing it's coming is good enough.

You say that but 2020 is going far too slow.

Reminder Sunrise was going to announce Tiger & Bunny 2 and New Mai Hime project at Anime Japan until the event was cancelled. I expect Mai Hime return announcement coming next month or around summertime.

AAAAAAAAAAA

Nice. Looking forward to it.

If the franchise printed money, why they waited 10 years for a sequel? it'll be in the same situation as Osomatsu-san, where the reboot was a success but they waited too long for the sequel and it crashed and burned.

It only took 1 year for a sequel to be made and after a while it was mediocre.

Why the fuck did they wait so long? I'm glad we're getting it but holy fuck. I really hope it doesn't attract "those" kinds of fans

Fujos who kept the franchise alive for 10 years?

It had some movies and spin offs and shit, but you ignore the fact that when it comes down to it, anime is art, the company might wanna pump it out but if the director/writer/key figure of it isn't on board, you're not going to get the same results

>it'll be in the same situation as Osomatsu-san, where the reboot was a success but they waited too long
Ososan's issue was that S2 was simply all around worse than S1. There were only what, 2 years between the seasons? That's pretty standard when they weren't originally planning on continuing the series beyond S1.

Hopefully they don't do anything dumb like ruin the Tiger and Bunny relationship or shit on them all season to prop up a new character like Rage of Bahamut

if i liked Double Decker! Doug & Kirill will i like s1 of T&B

It's even better so yeah.

Yes

Fujos are already here and I don't mind them. I mean the twatter crowd with the tranny headcanons who dox you if you're too 'problematic'

Yes because it's overall simply better

Probably but it has less of a focus on humour and takes itself more seriously.

Attached: x5.jpg (1020x1514, 923.32K)

T&B is better so yes

with how western twatter-crowd friendly Double Decker was, there's no hope for this series.

I know the thread just started but anons and fujos what are your hope for S2?

Just remembered how good the ED song of Double Decker was.

Tiger starts opening up more to Barnaby. My husbando has cute moments and gets to not job.

Lots of staff overlap. Easter egg type references. That's about it.

At least that HAS content coming out, LN or not.

Oh and Lunatic gets revealed and Tiger finds out Mr Legend a shit. Tiger headpats Yuri.

gay

Similar staff, but no actual shared universe at all

Double Decker was great faggot.

>T&B is 11 years old
I've wasted my life

Attached: 1525324155985.jpg (460x407, 40.48K)

ah ok thought they might me been same universe whit a time or tech jump

Attached: Elf 2000.png (340x378, 61.46K)

Yeah, thought that as well in the beginning because of the similarities in style and storytelling. But it was an enjoyable anime never-the-less.

>2022
We will all be dead by then

That's their true plan

>New Mai-series announcement
[citation needed]

i just remember posts and news articles about them being connected.
