Fans complaint are back to where it started again. They feel that new world overall has no tension anymore with jinbei surviving which is stupid. People really think jinbei is going to die? He is officially a strawhat and has plot protection on his side.
Yes it will be nice to tension but the series is still enjoyable for me even if it is lacking it. The series has some serious moment but in the end it is just a children comic. It isn't supposed to be dark. People expected too much out of it.

Feel like oda is somewhat rushing wano now. Every plot point is being addressed and resolve in the chapter itself. I think more and more allies is going to show up in the next few chapters. Neko and marco and the grand fleet. Maybe oda wanted to finish the onigashima raid in one go.
The series is ending in 5 years after all and luffy is going to need all the help he can get.

No flashback showed a characters life from start to finish. The Noland flashback and Law's flashback were both six chapters long and that only covered a bare minimum.

I’m not pro Carrot just not for Jinbe as a crew member. He’s a fine character on his own but he doesn’t fit a crewmember imo.
