I'm just glad I found a way to keep the green shit off my screen pretty early on thanks to 4chanX, and then a way to not join the memery by just resetting my router, but then I realized there's no point in caring so much about this shit to keep doing that every few hours and just let it go (except for this post). I guess it's a fitting joke that took place instead of much worse levels of cancer like the bullshit from the last year, the only issue was how much cancer it attracted nonetheless.

This one is pretty garbage compared to the last two. The last two made everything absolute chaos with nearly everyone shitposting. It was complete anarchy and super fun whereas only like a third of the posters are shitposting this time so it's not nearly as fun.

That's actually not entirely how it worked, I got it early in the day just by posting in a thread full of green people despite never getting or giving any (You)s, then went to bed, and had the crying emoji when I posted again. After posting for a while longer since every thread is full of infected people the green shit came back.
Most likely, either randomly or by posting in threads with infected people, and you get cured by not posting for a long time.

Neither did I, and yet here I am. Going by the same logic as the virus, being in a place full of infected people gets you infected and practicing self-isolation gets you cured, it's not hard to assume that.
As said previously, I somehow didn't get or give any (You) before my first infection today. I was starting to assume you get it automatically if you fill the name field since I seemed immune, and then suddenly I had it.
