Why is the Saber Class regarded as the most powerfull one? All of the Sabers show so far were fucking jobers, and far from being the strongest preseneted in the anime.
Can Artoria win against the likes of Gilgamesh and Karna? Or at least against tje Lancers, because in Zero and Stay Night, the Lancers were going to win in a 1X1 fight.
Possibly. Excalibur is a stronger NP than Karna's, however Karna has divinity, which makes him a difficult opponent. I feel like she would win, but it wouldn't be easy for her
I don't have 100 hours to dedicate to a shitty VN when there are so many great games to play
You VN autists are fucking stupid
Jaxon Roberts
and yet you waste 100+ hours shitposting on a image board.
Gavin Perez
You could have finished the VN if you stopped making worthless posts on Yas Forums.
Angel Anderson
But it literally is. Everyon is like woah it's Saber! I can't believe I didn't summon Saber! What that's... that's a sword? Are you... Saibah?!?!?
Matthew Jenkins
>Why is the Saber Class regarded as the most powerfull one? Two reasons: 1) Sabers generally have high stat distributions. 2) There are a disproportionately large number of Heroic Spirits from before, during or just after the transitional period between the Age of Gods into the Age of Man. Heroic Spirits are generally more powerful the further back you go, so this contributes greatly to the reputation of the Saber class.
>Can Artoria win against the likes of Gilgamesh She literally does in the Fate route of Fate/stay night.
>and Karna? Maybe. Depends on how Excalibur stacks up against Vasavi Shakti or whether it can pierce through Karna's armor.
>Or at least against tje Lancers, because in Zero and Stay Night, the Lancers were going to win in a 1X1 fight. Saber generally had the advantage against Cu Chulainn.
Daniel Peterson
What happens in the fight between saber and gil in the fate route?
How can she win against Enuma Elish?
Parker Perez
She had her third Noble Phantasm, Avalon.
Brody Smith
Good stats, good class abilities and good track record in the previous HGWs.
Hunter Rodriguez
Nonsensical bullshit. That's the only way Gil can lose.
Evan Nelson
Avalon beats Ea
Grayson Reyes
What is Avalon
Luis Butler
Will we finally get Morgana during the round table lostbelt?
So she can beat Gil with this new NP? Why she never used before? How many NPs she has?
Wyatt Jones
Because it would take forever taking that costume off to go poop.
Brody Torres
Excalibur's scabbard. When in the hands of Saber herself, it can effectively make her intangible. Ea can't do shit about that.
Robert White
>this new NP? fate is literally the first route >Why she never used before? because it was stuck in shirou
Jace Jenkins
Retard
Evan Cooper
>Why is the Saber Class regarded as the most powerfull one? Because the bastards who made the rules of the ritual intentionally made that class better than the others so they could slaughter all of the other mages that would get conned into participating.
Aaron James
Are you a gachafag? You should already know this either due to the anime or VN.
Brody Bailey
>Yas Forums is unironically providing tech support
>Why is the Saber Class regarded as the most powerfull one? It's BOASTED as the strongest class. It's not objectively the strongest class. >All of the Sabers show so far were fucking jobers, and far from being the strongest preseneted in the anime. 1. Nobody gives a shit about Apocrypha. 2. Grand Order has shown Saber Servants that are absolutely fucking broken. >Can Artoria win against the likes of Gilgamesh and Karna? Hello secondary-kun. See pic related. Seiba killed Gil because she had the ultimate defense, Avalon. Gil is stronger than Karna, so she could probably beat Karna too. >Or at least against tje Lancers, because in Zero and Stay Night, the Lancers were going to win in a 1X1 fight. Seiba wasn't using her full power in any of those fights. She was holding back in her fight against Deermud cuz "MUH HONOR, MUH CHIVALRY" and when she fought Cu she was nerfed because Shirou was a novice mage.
I'm seeing that there is a Fate route anime. Why do you guys don't value as much as the other Ufotable shit? is that because the anime is a bad adaptation, or because the route is not as good as the ones?
The Fate route is fine. Studio Deen's adaptation of Fate however is a mixed bag. In the first half, the animation and fight scenes are poorly made shit, but they progressively got better. What got nonsensical is that they tried to incorporate story elements from UBW and Heaven's Feel and add in several anime original scenes, but they all fell flat, were boring, and fucked up the pacing. The soundtrack was good, but that's about all that's really praiseworthy about DEEN/stay night.
tl;dr: READ THE VN YOU FUCKING SECONDARY.
Benjamin Morales
What is wrong? I know that you guys hate casuals, but i just finished watching this show on Netflix. Zero and UBW were nice, this series, athough a little confusing with this "route" thing, is fun. I'll keep watching, but i don't know if the VN are my thing. Just played AI the Somnium FIles and loved it, but i think that the Fate ones are not worth to read. They aged badly for what i saw.
Ryan Morris
Fuck dude. Is there a way for the Fate route to be remade? I want to see Saber in her most glorious moment in a UFOtable kinda of level
The adaptation is shit. And Ufotable has its own Type-Moon cinematic universe at this point so it's not even worth mentioning
Brayden Powell
The fate route itself is shit.
Brandon Perez
DEEN's 2006 anime is pretty bad. The animation is bad and it doesn't stay true to the route it's supposed to adapt, like said. As for the VN: visually, it's pretty clearly from 2004, but it's very good for its time. The presentation is solid, the music is really good, and it even incorporates a sort of psuedo-animation with sound effects and special visuals to enhance the impact of certain scenes. What's more, the story of FSN is originally meant to be experienced as a sequence - first Fate, then UBW, then Heaven's Feel. Each individual "route" is a story that builds on an overarching narrative using the previous route(s) as a foundation. It's a large time commitment, to be sure, but the story and characters are so incredibly rich in the VN that it just can't be perfectly translated into an anime. I'll admit, I got started on the Fate franchise the same way you did, then went and read the VN. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
Josiah Hall
>Ufotable has its own Type-Moon cinematic universe Ufo is old and busted. We're at the Cloverwork cinematic universe.
Colton Ross
I fucking love you guys. Never change Yas Forums.
And yes, the light noves are shitty. Deal with it. If they don't remake in the leves of he Nonary games and Somnium Files, they will remain as aged text.
