The way I see this is different. These chapters are Chizukazu chapters. They will end the final scene. Something will happen that will make them closer.
As we know, Ruka is waiting, doing shopping etc, etc, when she finds out, she will be pissed. Something will happen then.
Then we will have Mami for early May. Remember that the director team came from the same Uni. Maybe they are beginning the promotion for the movie. It takes to just read the name of Kazuya kinoshita in the credits and the actress Chizuru Ichinose. Mami will do the math.

All of the designs in the anime look kinda crappy.
The latest Chizuru trailer gave me some hope for the anime but then I saw the Mami/Sumi/Ruka trailers and they looked just as QUALITY as the first trailer. It sucks but at least Mami got her USA flag bikini meanwhile Chizuru got shafted with a generic pink bikini compared to her manga bikini with the star pattern.
