The hate that SAO gets from gaijin is pitiful. Without doubt the most ridiculous criticisms stem from gaijin cunts saying that the mmo's in SAO aren't realistic. They're not supposed to be. First of all, it's set in the near future where an incredible full dive immersive technology exists. Do you really think an vrmmorpg is going to be similar to the ones played now and in the past?

Craziest thing is I've always followed anime and manga in my only bubble until this last year. Just watching what I want to, reading what I want to, never visited Yas Forums or god forbid reddit for this content. Then I started coming her to shit post in the toubun threads and came to realize Asuna (and also Saber) is obscenely popular. Because on my first reading and viewing of the anime and vn for those works, neither of them particularly stood out. It's shocking to me how shit the taste is and I'm a little curious of someone it is just circlejerking.

Kirito isn't even OP. He's usually rather strong but he still gets fisted by the antagonist and needs to be saved by somebody else literally every single arc. But all people look at is the scene where he curbstomps those 5 shitters who were a third of his level. Cause thats how MMOs work.
