Kings of Shonen don't need season confirmations. They just get them non-stop.

>12 episodes of terrible, meaningless fights and O MY 7 QUIRKS followed by Bones ruining the only good post-Kamino arc because it doesn't have any fujobait characters in it
who cares

>pretending WSJ would axe a series that sells 2.5 million copies per volume
Stop being retarded herofag.

>axedemonbabies seething

1) Kimetsu no Yaiba - 1,247,439
6) My Hero Academia - 126,943

Is it true that in six months, Kimetsu no Yaiba sold what MHA has sold for its lifetime?

why would anyone be excited when this is the season where MHA objectively jumps the shark? O MY 7 QUIRKS is not an asspull the series can ever recover from any time soon.

Was anyone really surprised by it.
I know some people thought the special announcement was gonna be a Vigilantes anime but that's really unlikely at this point.

where? I mean I expected it to but I don't see any announcement for it.

>five bnha threads up at the same time

no
it's actually like 3 months

It wouldn't surprise me honestly
HeroAca lifetime sales must be around 30mil right now
If it is true it also basically confirms that KnY broke the yearly sale record for a manga by a lot

yes it's on track for like 100 million in sales this year alone

Literally who?

LMAO
capeshitcucks BTFO

hopefully she kills him

Can't be king of shonen if you don't have a long running anime.
Now tell Hori to get on his knees and suck off the producers for the extra season.

Me on the right

I want to fuck Deku

It may be the king but it'll never be the hero

UHHHHHHHHHHH MOMMYY AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH

nice

shit anime

the absolute state of mhatards

If the next season is also a double cour, doesn't that mean it will have to go beyond where the manga is right now?

April fools joke?

Arent they going to catch up to the manga at this rate?

I fucking hate Yutaka Nakamura copycats.

remember when this first came out and dumbasses were praising it as the "best capeshit ever."

Maybe it'll be single cours from now on.

The shitposters are really going all out

The anime will get to chapter 193 if they adapt the Deku dream cliff hanger chapter 193. We are currently on chapter 266, season 5 will probably air next spring season that means there will be a 100+ chapter difference when season 5 starts. If they ever catch up they can always adapt Vigilantes.

The rumors say October 2020.

Well Joint training, Villains, and Endeavor agency is enough to fill a season.

the only king title it deserved is the Fujo one

HOPPED

>doesn't even make a popularity poll
>isn't a draw for sales
She didn't save shit.

That is true. Demon Slayer's sales have SKYROCKETED in a way that people have begun to hate it for surpassing My Hero Academia

The problem is that Hirokoshi relied WAAAAAY to much on Naruto's part 1 at a storytelling position back in the day that it resulted in the manga only getting popular but not transferring into sales in the same way.

Demon Slayer on the other hand only used certain parts of Bleach (The Upper Moons for the most part are just the Espada for example) without trying to copy Bleach's storylines. It's skyrocketted past MHA sales wise and will reach 100 million by the time November 2020 Oricon sales are done.

Demon Slayer learned from Bleach that you don't COPY the predecessor's work but rather take only parts that can blend well with your storyline.

Even for baiting, don't be ridiculous, that shit sells better than One Piece. You know it's not getting cancelled.

This time, I would put the blame into the editors. They wanted the school setting, they literally told him that Deku should have the strongest quirk (quirkless might have been too much, but OfA is just boring), and they even wanted to remove Allmight. They just went retard because Japan doesn't know or care about capeshit.

To continue with this example, we have to compare Bleach with Yu Yu Hakusho.

Nostalgiafags will try and say that YYH is the better manga because "LOL WATCH THE ANIME, IT CAME FIRST". However, Bleach's manga took certain parts of YYH and did them much better

Bleach
>skipped the entire resurrection storyline
>blended lore into character driven storylines
>introduced antagonists early so he could deal with them on a later date and make arc lines out of them
>took lackluster storylines like the Rescue Yukino arc and made them a million times objectively better.

Bleach also avoided major points like tournament arcs and video game based plot lines. The only time Bleach majorly faltered was when it tried to do "Chapter Black" with Bleach's Lost Agent Arc. This failed because Chapter Black is one of the strongest storylines in YYH.

it's a classic case of "old did it first, but new did it better"

Cape movies are big at a world wide basis. They saw this and said "lets aim for the global market".

I mean...kimetsu's inspiration is actually jojo not bleach
