Didn't like part 4 of JOJO

>Characters are anime stereotypes.
>Spotlight is all over the place.
>Odd detached storyline.
>No real purpose behind the actions of Akira.
>Kira is a boring Hate Sink with extra quirks and looks like an auschwitz survivor.
>Obvious plot holes like the man in Josuke's flashback, the rain sounds like Josuke, Joseph not using HP to search for the killer's face, Joseph cheating on Suzi Q, Crazy Diamond inconsistency with healing, 2 arrows in Morioh etc.
>Rohan was the only good character and he got the crappiest arcs.

Bites the dust arc in the anime made me feel hopelessness

not gonna argue with most of this but if you think crazy diamond's healing is inconsistent please watch the anime again, but slowly.

Josuke was able to restore Hayato after being atomized by Killer Queen, that's ridiculous

P1 and P2 were the best

how? they never said his primary bomb would take something from the world instantaneously. it is unexpected how he could save him but they never said it was impossible

Jojo

I know these threads are spamming but I'm glad people are speaking the truth

Not him but there are some minor inconsistencies. When Okuyasu's arm is severed and then healed, Okuyasu is pulled back to it, but when the same thing happens to Kira the hand goes flying back to his body instead. There's also a lot of loose interpretation of what "fixing" something is. CD can revert cooked food into fresh ingredients as well as bring together bolts and screws that have been undone. He also uses it to "fix" the lottery ticket, but this ends up modifying the name written on it. What exactly was broken in any of these situations? Does cooking spaghetti break it? Does unscrewing a bolt break it?

the okuyasu thing can be considered an inconsistency, but it might be because chili pepper was taking okuyasu through electric wiring or whatever, so maybe it was impossible for the arm to go back to him because of where he was but instead he came back to the arm.
as for the rest, crazy diamonds ability might not exactly be "fixing" but instead restoring to a previous version.

>He also uses it to "fix" the lottery ticket, but this ends up modifying the name written on it.
I still don't get it.

Can't argue with that.

we've seen josuke modify things before

>another part 4 thread

What do you get out of this OP? Why do you make 2-3 threads every day about part 4?

Why aren't the mods doing something about this?

All he did was remove some ink from the paper, it's not like he wrote new stuff

does Yas Forums really need this thread daily?

It's really simple: anime adaptation of part 4 is awful, while manga is fantastic.

The anime retains all the awful writing of the manga.

But loses the charming atmosphere and some of the best and worst Araki's art, not to mention pretty bad direction and pacing issues.
Manga is actually fun to read and never feels like a slog.

Before the anime came out, parts 4 and 7 were unanimously considered the best.

Actually the anime fixes some of the writing and pacing issues, Cinderella being moved and those filler arcs being combined in the latter half come to mind

All of these apply to Parts 1, 3 and 5 too.

And 2, 6, 7, 8...

>joseph cheating on suzi q
How is this a plot hole. Joseph had cheated everyting in his life even death?

post the stupidest things jojo characters have done

>7
Deep and morally complex characters
Spotlight perfectly distributed since Johnny and Gyro are the only main characters and are together all the time
Valentine is actually justified in contrast to evil fags like Dio and Kars, mentally ill loners like Kira and Diavolo, and the DIO cocksucker that is Pucci
Significantly less plot holes than previous parts

Nice joke

Do we really need a thread or sometimes 3 every day about this shit, ever since you watched part 4 though?

>Muh America!!! based based
Valentine is as much of an evil asshole as the rest of the villians, you stupid burger

Cope
t. filthy scum from the other side of the world

Thanks for admiting that you are just a stupid fucking tool looking past Valentines psychopathic goals and deeds, just because he said he does it for his country.

>Characters are anime stereotypes
Daily remainder that Araki invented yanderes.

It’s simple: we kill the batman

You mean he popularized them after ripping off Misery.

I wonder if good looking young Araki had a selfproclaimed girlfriend like this

Valentine is the greatest villain I've come across in fiction. No one quite compares to the nuance or thematic relevance that Valentine holds. Valentine serves to exist as the antithesis of Johnny. Both are selfish individuals who are vying to utilize the corpse parts to further their own power. However, Valentine's selfishness is the most selfless. Instead of merely wishing to use the power on himself, Valentine wants to further the goals of the US and bring the ultimate prosperity to its people. And thus a moral dilemma arises: is this truly just? Depending on your own political and philosophical views, the answer to the question might differ. But when perceived through the lens of Valentine, it's not even a legitimate question.

Valentine's father was tortured in the war in a desperate attempt by enemy soldiers to discover the military strategy of the US army. His father, through the use of Funny's napkin as a moral support, refrained from divulging these details. Funny's father died not only to protect his country, but to protect the individuals who inhabit his country, and the individuals he fights to protect under the flag of the USA. Most importantly, his family. These ideals of patriotism are cemented into Valentine because of this. He rises high enough to become President of the USA, and protect the country that his father died to save.

Yes, that's right, President of America. A moral duty to America. Valentine discovered the existence of the corpse parts, and decided to take the napkin first. The napkin, of course, is a symbol of authority and patriotism towards your country. Should Valentine have kept the corpse parts hidden, because they were too dangerous to use? No, because someone would have eventually discovered them after his death. Wars would be waged and lives would be lost. And this is where Valentine's character truly shines.

Valentine knows what war feels like. He's been tortured. He knows what its like to be without a father. Now, as president of the country, he has an opportunity to ensure that there's no more wars and bloodshed for America. No more little boys with no fathers to watch them grow. No more prisoners of war. As president, Valentine would be betraying his people if he gave up this opportunity, and betraying himself. Because love in your country and the people who live in it is a sole nobility of humanity, and giving up this notion would be eradicating the symbol of Valentine, and the whole purpose of his existence. Valentine's identity would collapse, and he would have to live with the feeling that he betrayed his people.

Wherever there is a vehicle for power, there is conflict. Through removing this vehicle (the corpse parts), Valentine ensures that America will remain the #1 world power, and that someone who vies to use it for completely selfish means (Johnny) will never obtain it. Through the manufacture of the SBR, he reduces the number of casualties to the absolute minimum, while adding trillions of dollars to the nation's economy, and without disrupting the lives of the average citizens and sending their fathers, sons, and brothers off to war. Valentine is by far the noblest character in SBR.

Valentine is not completely good, and not completely evil. He's truly morally grey, a victim of circumstance. To call Valentine evil would to be an injustice.

Even if that's true how much would you really want to fuck Annie Wilkes?

There's no dere there, user

>He wouldn't fuck Annie Wilkes

A villain who can literally create the SBR universe > a villain who can merely transport between alternative SBR universes

What even was his problem?

Stuck in the worst part

I don't remember seeing him in five

He's not in part 4.

Remember how Crazy Diamond broke Jotaro's hat and immediately fixed it? Well, it's similar. Josuke broke the spaghetti and immediately fixed it, same with the lottery ticket.

As for why Kira's hand came back to Kira instead of pulling Kira back, that hand contained Sheer Heart Attack. Pulling Kira back would've been very dangerous.

The real inconsistency is why didn't Josuke simply "fix" the button to know where it came from instead of going to every tailor in the Morioh.

My assumption is that the button would just fly back to the shirt and it would be too small to see.

>The real inconsistency is why didn't Josuke simply "fix" the button to know where it came from instead of going to every tailor in the Morioh.
Or ask his daddy, that's why the fucker came to Morioh in the first place, well for finding RHCP but still.

Attached: HP.png (173x226, 51.23K)

And? It still is supposed to have all kinds of other clairvoyant abilities

>And?
And the reason "why the fucker came to Morioh in the first place" was to search the power lines.

Joseph was completely wasted desu

why hasn't jojo referenced kevin macleod yet?
youtube.com/watch?v=Wx2FDyvt0gI&list=PLpoYz7tii_gj5EA1RV99A9ZOR4OD5W0LS&index=38

I said myself he came to help with RHCP originaly, he still could have used his stupid stand to help with the Kira matter, but he even never used his shit properly in part 3 either so whatever.

youtu.be/AYXSfNI0rRM

we have this thread every day fuck you nigger

>Rohan
>Good

He obnoxious at best. Just araki's self insert.

Attached: IMG_20200122_190253.jpg (1080x1020, 141.1K)

all of the characters in part 4 are obnoxious. at least rohan owns it

When he tried taking photo of Josuke, Angelo showed up instead. It was explained that because of his age and the amount of stand users in Morioh, his spirit photography won't be much of help here. Learn to read

>I said myself he came to help with RHCP originaly
By searching the power lines

So why couldn't Joseph get a picture of a certain spirit photo man

The button shouldn't work that way. A button is a sewn to a shirt but is a whole piece. If a piece of the button was missing then sure but I don't CD could do anything with a whole button.

Worst part about SDC for me is how, despite stands being a thing, everyone is dumb about them. Jotaro here, the gang not believing Kakyoin with Death 13 etc.

It only seems obvious to you because you're reading the story and you know that it's a stand, from the perspective of the characters it isn't that dumb.
