If you could give other races aside from the saiyans power-ups, what would they do and how could they be achieved? You can give said power-ups unique things that don't make it the same shit but with more like all super saiyans forms. And said power-ups can be related to techniques and aren't related to the race of someone.

Since this basically just means Piccolo, have him develop magic abilities based on the Dragon Clan. Not low-level magic either, but shit close to the level of Buu and Moro that can offset his lesser overall strength. For a partial transformation, he could get the ability to invoke the power of the Dragon Balls, basically transforming into Zalama, but doing so causes the Balls to become inert for a year as if they'd just been used.

Since he's a half-Saiyan but apparently chooses to fight as a human, maybe combine some of the augmentation technology with his Super Saiyan form or something. Or just a transformation that's exclusive to him and is only achievable via the combination of human and Saiyan heritage.
