Muzan is clearly inside of Tanjiro. It ends with everybody running to him, he was consumed by giant baby Muzan, baby Muzan is going to try to be reborn in Tanjiro. I figure if they're serious about ending this he will fail somehow, but I don't know how since Nezuko is a human now.
