From searching for other series, there are a lot of things like this that have never been scanned, some that have nudity the anime didn't.
The mixi link has some posts that may be what I have been looking for, but they were marked as adult. I'm not sure if they have a parental or premium lock. That was also an official genga seller from hobbyjapan.
I agree that this might be a pointless endeavor. Hell, the scene in question might have nothing. But I think having more eyes looking for it will paint a clearer picture of if they were uploaded or not. The seller took requests for specific scenes. I don't know if they were privately shown scenes or not.
My primary inspiration for this was the Wafku leak that happened a few months ago. Hopefully that means other genga for ecchi series are out there somewhere.
I've been looking a little through setteidreams.net for a few things that got scanned too after finding it had the high quality doll joints for Rozen Maiden. Using things like yandex, ddg, or google for 設定資料 and the series name has also helped find some sample images for different series mostly on different auction sites, although I haven't tried enough searching those directly yet.

It led me to think that a lot of things are hidden from us due to censorship laws. Ecchi anime must have a treasure trove of unseen content.
This is all new to me, so I've been learning as I go. That mixi link has to have some information. I don't know even know if the seller is even taking messages at the moment or ever nowadays because that's all from 2013-2014. My Japanese also isn't good enough to even try and message anyone about that specific scene.
Have you tried searching if there is any genga collection book for it? If, no good luck. Unless the studio or the animator who specifically drawn that scene sold the actual keys or copies of them, you are out of luck.
You can still try searching for it in Akiba or Nakano Broadway though.
Do Japs still use Mixi for anything? I thought it was dead and abandoned.

The guy in the mixi blog made it seem like they had a whole bunch of shit, but weren't allowed to sell stuff like Urushihara's frames. Damn me and by lack of intrigue until 6 years after the fact.

When the first unlimited failed badly we assumed the other ova got cancelled, then when white triangle did somewhat well we were informed that the second ova would be coming out and judging by the preview and charilist it would focus more on the fighters. And then when it actually came out the fucking shota shows up again as the main character without any hints he would even appear at all and the same shenanigans occurs once more. Waited two and a half years only to discoverer that they didn't learn a damn thing and the second ova proceeded to bomb as well. Will QB ever get fixed?
