I keep forgetting that Zipman somehow lived longer than Squid8. Nakano truly is merciful
She looks very cute but I'm not a fan of the guy.
For zipman I haven't been attached in the sense that I will be sad it goes but I think the design of the final boss is really cool so I will be disappointed if he is defeated too effortlessly.
Zipman finally made its main dip kind of likeable 12 chapters too late.

nah they are pretty funny. The idea that Mitama thinks she needs him to protect her when she's not in danger from anything is kind of inherently funny
Best subtle joke was her calling the animal spirits little Mii and little Tama. Rena can't help but have Miitama on the mind.
I was pleasantly surprised with the spirits that were chosen. Hopefully he gets to write tons of more chapters and avoid the ax

First volume has 9 chapters (chapter 1 was extended length) and second volume has 10. By that logic we have a minimum of 8 or so chapters left to enjoy.
I'm pretty sure it won't get axed before Zipman, but once that's gone, we're riding the lightning

Shoseki says 5k first week, which is pretty bad. We don't actually know the sales because they haven't ranked on Oricon, but that means they're less than 20k first week
Are Mitama chapters shorter? Usually there's 7 chapters for vol 1 and 9 for the rest

Different user but the best we can hope for is that it’s ranking keeps it afloat for a little longer despite the poor sales. Or it’s sales improve but I’m sadly doubtful that will happen.
