He might continue and it would be nice if he did but based on what he has said, it is unlikely that he will come back immediately and it would probably require some major incentives to do so due to his lazy nature.
I'd say that if he does continue Overlord (or at least makes stuff in the same setting) it'd only be after he does his whole wrestling series thing that he wanted to do. Which means decades of waiting and hoping he doesn't die of old age or forget about OL so he can come back to writing stuff for it.
