I liked the ending. Mana losing her memories was a good way of saying, the adventures are over so the shows over. Her getting them back was just sweet though.

Yes, she's original. But it wouldn't have mattered either way because there doesn't need to be any continuity between the adaptations. The 2020's remake will probably not have anything to do with this one.
