I mean, is it even a competition? Traded away his abilities and every ounce of potential he had for improvement in the future purely for revenge. His clothes don't get cooler or even change. He's a child in the body of a buff man wearing children's clothes. Utterly deconstructionist, and the way he brutally ragdolls Pitou repeatedly and impales her with his severed arm is horrifying.
It was the best form he had in the show

I don't have it as a gif, but Moetan. When she loses her magical girl powers but still does a transformation scene. its great. its got the full magical girl style change effects, but its really her just putting on some regular clothes that sort of match what her magical girl clothing looked like.
