I doubt i'll hate HG as much as i hated GoGo, so might as well put it higher.
Hugtto is easily the worst season. It's not even mediocre, it's a trainwreck from the start. No sense of direction, meh designs no character development (except for Homare and her homo buddy), extremely dumb and incoherent plot and so on.
Doki is an underrated masterpiece, Hacha is still quite fun with all its flaws.

I do agree Hugtto has some flaws for trying harder than usual to be a proper Anime than other seasons but it is by no means bad. Hana, Homare, and Emiru are fun to watch, character development and message to little girls are solid. It has more good looking fights than both ST and HG and the Generals are enjoyable....except for the fat guy
