Kamisato arc is hindsight was pretty good. The anti harem bits were great. His interactions with touma were good. The arc also did a lot to setup Mikoto. Honestly the only real problem is that NT 16 feels kinda unnecessary Yuitsu is shit. Yuitsu still has world rejector by the end, Mikoto is running with a self made AAA that she pretty much drops by the next volume, and it really just feels like an excuse for everyone to have swimsuits. Yuitsu wasn't really all that interesting, she was a noukan fangirl that got mad when he got hurt. She started into that spreading kihara stuff at the end but nothing came of it thus far. Her problem is that she loaded so much shit into her stock that a lot of it felt underutilized. Like the element AAA that got destroyed in two seconds, or how she stopped using WR after NT15. Then there is the saint germaine pill which was so pointless that kamachi re-purposed the scene Anna. Should have just left it as an explanation on how she used magic and WR.

Gotta disagree on Yuiitsu. I really enjoyed her because this was one of the few times we get to see an antagonist grow throughout and what exactly entails turning into a full fledged Kihara. Also, the use of St Germain was a nice link to NT12 and Anna. It's pretty obvious he's not done with it.

Kamachi handles shounen differently (and usually better) than most writers but WR arc was when he stooped down to their levels with asspulls and abhorrent new characters.
Thankfully the "experiment" ended and he got his groove back with the Aleister arc.

Yeah, it was like a dose of instant relief, that she finally managed to save Touma and saw a possibility of climbing onto his stage. NT13 and NT15 built-up her mindset by constantly taking mental beating at not having enough power, AAA under any other circumstances I think she would have kept her distance, in fact she was so reluctant in NT15 itself.
