Being able to steal UI would be retarded. I do think Kakarot should fail having still not mastered it, though and Vegeta seals Moro's magic, then wins for the first time in his life.

Satan says it's been over 10 years, Trunks says the same when he shows up. BoG (and therefore the beginning of Super) take place 2 years after Tarble's OVA, which happens 2 years after the Boo arc, so it goes like

>GoD Champa and Future Trunks arcs (and RoF) = 5 years after Boo
>Universal Survival and Galactic Patrol Prisoners arcs (and BR) = 6 years after Boo
