I'd like to brush my teeth before kissing her. I wouldn't want to wake her with morning breath.

itle: "X" = The Clockwork Thumbelina Arc Text Based:
About 7 month ago, after Christmas was over, while Nariyuki was tidy things up, Rizu clinged towards Nariyuki as she told him that they'll play a game. The content of the game is that if Nariyuki can prove that the Jinx is really just a myth, the Nariyuki wins. But if he successfully fell in love with Rizu without ever proving the Jinx is a myth, she wins. The objective of the game is to get Nariyuki be swept off his feet that he can't keep his eyes off of her, no matter what methods was used.
Back to present, Nariyuki and the others went to Ogata Udon's beach house, where they plan to work there for a week. Fumino, when came by to also help out with work, asked Rizu what is the situation between the two, but the latter replied in a rather sad tone that they're merely playing a game.
While feeling down, Rizu tried to go to the Bunny-eared Rocks, where she's accompanied by Misao. (Parts are slightly ambiguous, will be updated once cleared up) Just as Rizu was pleased to see Nariyuki's appearance there, the tide had risen that they can't go back to the shores.

That's what Sawako will pretend while she nannies the girl.

It's more like she wants the fumino route but she wanted it to be the conclusion of the narrative instead of a rewrite. Plus she's probably triggered at watching a male protagonist having his way with each and every heroine.
I'm curious about Fumino's behavior. Is she 'gave up' or on the IF route she was just a supportive friend, no feelings for Nariyuki?

Poor Sawako, she also disappeared during Rizu's arc I hope she does appear

It's Sawako and Nariyuki's daughter Rizu was left infertile from excess Udon consumption. The baby is Sawako and Naririn's conceived while Sawako was under possession by Misao, the act of conception bound the lingering Misao's soul to the egg and she was born anew.
