Kagun was said to be pretty good but we didn't get a lot of time with him, and all his magic spells came from Marian. Enshuu's gimmick is stealing but since the stealing part comes from her own research and abilities unlike Yuitsu, it's a positive. Amata stands above since he created everything himself, from anti calculation thing, reverse punch, and that blood boiling shit. The rest are worthless jobbers.

If the theory that Touma was always Accelerator's attachment is true and that there will be scenes between him and Touma that mirror Kakine and Ringo's in the DM manga, I wonder if that implies that Accelerator's end just might be dying in Touma's arms after telling him how much he really cares about him.

It could all be related. I feel like the Ringo thing was mostly to set up something that Accelerator's backstory will reveal, as how Ringo directly implies that he had some sort of attachment before Last Order/Touma. That being said, there's nothing to say that Accelerator's backstory cannot be used to build onto something else, like the AAA

I have a ridiculous theory that maybe the reason why Mikoto called Accelerator a "disgusting" name is because maybe she came across some information of his brutal past in someway in the current arc of Railgun as Kimi is related to Dark May project, and referred it more to the notion of the scientists who named him that way. If she came across it in the Jailbreaker arc, it would explain why she didn't antagonise Accel in NT3, and the only time Accelerator is mentioned in her monologues is when she's using his esper name and comparing herself objectively like in NT15 where she thought,"#3 Railgun and #1 Accelerator". Even in GT1 she never once referred to him by name and mostly by Board chairman.

Dark Matter is a tankobon, not from a magazine. As you have also stopped posting download links to the magazine raws, does that mean you will also stop uploading the tank version of the other Raildex manga? As you know there are people who want to keep raw copies alongside their scanlated versions.
