Muzan will eat Nezuko and gain a power up. There's no reason for there to be so much focus on her arriving at the town at this moment, and I can't imagine Tanjiro winning without completing the final form.

Daki couldn't follow pre-Pillar training Zenitsu by eye, Kaigaku only got speed blitzed without noticing twice in the fight, he was definitely slightly better Daki.

I'm pretty sure Douma would be a hard counter for Himejima since he uses his chains to 'see'. The frost would linger in the air but wouldn't move air enough to be picked up.

He would win anyway but come out injured causing the slayers to lose against Koku.

Yes it is entirely on you, and what do you mean the backstory was given right before the fight? The beef with Zenitsu and Kaigaku was show 100 chapters before.

I'm pretty sure he'd have to tank the first few BDA because he can't see. He'd probably win with the mark but once weakened the battle is lost. Only him could handle Koku after all. Even a marked Sanemi with a healthy Muichirou and Genya would've lost against Koku.

Kanao would have stalled and Mitsuri is kind of a good match, her ribbon sword can probably fend off the mist and she's super acrobatic in general.

Considering no UM died in a century a double KO is a good result by demon slayer standards. Kaigaku really was not on par with the previous UMs.

Kanao was about to get bodied before Inosuke conveniently (again) showed up and interrupted Douma’s attack. She obviously wouldn’t have lasted much longer against Douma than Shinobu, anyways.

But that's because Shinobu took the BDA and signaled Kanao to stay away. Also Inosuke could feel the cold right away and thus dodged it. As far as we know apart from the chain thing Himejima has no other super senses.
