First Francine reveal will shake her good, then Sayako's appearance and possible death will break her and it will be up to her mates to pick up the pieces again.

"Face loss" sounds really awkward. You probably want to use "face adversity" there instead or other synonyms like catastrophe or hardship could work with some rewording. If you want to keep "loss" you could rework it to something like "In the face of loss we will ..." If you're trying to make her sound more badass "fight adversity" is stronger still, but you'd probably have to rewrite a couple other bubbles to make it flow well. I noticed 4-5 other minor typos but didn't keep track of them.

In Japanese she says something along the lines of "We will be wound/get hurt" which I interpreted as losing people. I'll try and play around with "adversity".

She's on the receiving end then, in which case something along the lines of "weathering the storm" or "enduring hardship" would be more accurate than making her the doer of the action like "fight" would imply. Any of those would be improvements though I think.

Man, I got to do a lot of reading to get the context of this scene I bet.
