Weren't the translations DMCA'd a year or two back?

It can't be as bad as Sasami-san@Ganbaranai: the most recent novel was released in 2013 (the same year as the anime), even though the series apparently isn't officially finished yet as far as I could tell.

Translations got up to Vol 14 and Lygophile was gonna start working on Vol 15 before it got hit with the DMCA iirc, he had some of the EX volumes done too, as far as the official novel its on hiatus or something no clue

Are they still available somewhere or they've been wiped from the net?

Also, I never understood why publishers keep DMCA'ing series that aren't licensed, especially ones that don't appear to have any plans of being licensed. I could at least understand if there was an official release, but I don't think there's one in this case.
