How was Babylonia compared to the rest of the other Fate shows?

Great, didn't think they would make a decent adaptation of Babylonia but it exceeded my expectations. It also made yurifags and /tmg/ scum seethe.

Babylonia is second only to Zero, which is understandable because the former wasn't written by the Urobutcher.

Yes, I have all three routes. UBW is complete shit, it's the most shonenshit arc in the VN. The only decent route in FSN is Heaven's Feel. The rest is trash.

Fanfiction tier, but still the BY FAR most well animated thing Fate has ever chummed out.

I don't really like FGO's story that much. FGO have good fanservice for TM fans and also honesly not very bad story for mobile game, but the basic structure of their story chapters are way worse then even just general HGW series. You just stuck with dull MC with tons of servant who like him because he do nothing, just speak some obvious things like he's a goddamn graduated philosopher. Things like this make me appreciate FSN more because even if it's have tons of various flaws, it's still better then new shit that they produce.

It's hard to follow if you didn't read original chapter because pacing is bad. And tonal whiplash is horrible. It was fun tho.

It isn't. If you knew the slightest bit about animation, you'd also know the ufotables Fates are barely animated, that Lost Buttlerfly has fx animation so bad you could literally count the frames, and the Memecrophya was a slide show until its final quater. Babylonia is so consistently ambitious in its production, you get everything from background animation, over fluid character action all the way to solid combat. And you get all of this for 21 episodes straight. There isn't a single episode that doesn't sport a handful of standout scenes. I'd go as far as call it one of the most well animated shows ever made, despite the incompeteny chink staff being too incompetent to properly storyboard its combat sequences.

The show is complete bottomfeeder trash nonetheless. Of all the Fates I've seen, Babylonia is probably the worst.

Facts hurt, I know. But there really isn't much that's better animated bar a few outliers a la Bebop, Star Driver, Dennou Coil and IM@S. Maybe Champloo, Kanagi and Phantom World, too. Babylonia's consistency only a few show managed to sport. There versatility is quite frankly incredible.
Sorry Kirei, but ufotable Fates aren't animated. They are 95% stills and pans.

Zero is the only good one. At least if UBW is considered 2nd best because that show was complete shit in everything except the animation. Like everything wrong with anime iredeemable shit
