Really? I've started reading recently, so I marathoned most of it. I think there is development in their relationship (as well as Inuyama and Toyoda). It's just really, really slow. But not in a bad way, either. It feels sorta natural. It's refreshing enough Seto isn't dense or in denial like most protagonist in these slowburn romcoms. It really reads like it's two kids figuring out their feelings and interactions.

I really can't see this manga lasting that much longer, Anna has pretty much already come to terms with her liking Seto and he's currently thinking about what his own feelings for her are, I'd be surprised if this doesn't end by volume 8 (unless later volumes are just them dating and fluff)

Its a great manga I don't think its hated here or anywhere I've been. It represents people well. Anjou became a gal for self confidence yet boys think she is some sort of slutty girl while seto is abused like a nerd workhorse. Both of them are very similar and I think that is why Anjou sought him it I think.
