You can't even fully load old chapters (1 month+) without refreshing the page 121231 times. The images always break.

The settings will return to default so you have to make an account for it to be permanent. Other plus for having an account is you can block series by tags (like yaoi) and if you follow a series, MD will show you the last chapter you read.
