Honestly, they probably died when Arnold did his initial attack since there wouldn't be a Ragna to intercept and throw him off course.

Having multiple copies of the Bretheren including an Artemesia clone just seals it. Although Crimson being the X-factor here isn't going unnoticed since without her, the teleportation range would be abysmal and undoubtadly have forces Starlia to make harder tactical decisions.

It can only freeze time for anything in it's field of view. So it's powers are definitely nerfed to the original, however it lacks the personality of Artemesia so it isn't capable of feeling bad about killing people.

Current Artemesia can't even stop time properly because of the PTSD Ragna gave her. However her ability when fully utilized is global by all accounts. Also I don't think the mature dragon can use time reversal as a result of this.
