Is there a more in-universe OP protagonist in any other series? No one comes even close to truly harming him.
>Even Goku eventually stumbles onto Beerus.

Probably Yujiro. Alucard 'might' have been killed by Anderson. Baki never truly beat his dad
He did though. Yujirou's tea was shit
He wasn't though. That's the thing with Alucard. He likes to purposely make people think they harmed him only to regenerate moments later. He's a troll.
Yujiro is not the protagonist.
Forgot about him. Although I think of him more as a gag character than anything else.
Fair point, but considering how much attention Yujiro gets, he's practically the deuteragonist
I guess full power Kiss-Shot, and she's a vampire too
the cat comes close, but even then he just fucking absorbs the cat's powers instead of being killed, and then becomes truly fucking invincible
>was literally raped by a muslim
Alucard was a based Britfag.
Hence, OP af.
Which is kinda awesome. I wish more shows showed that monsters are in fact VASTLY superior than humans in terms of power. Sometimes its nice to see that there truly is no hope.
*Laugh*
>Sometimes its nice to see that there truly is no hope.
How old are you ?
>Asking people their age on an internet board dedicated to Japanese cartoons.
My favorite scene is when he BTFOs the fake artificial vampire and is like "That's it? Cmon summon your familiars, regenerate your body, let's fight more".
Alucard is a death seeker. Which is why he was pissed when Anderson threw away his humanity.
In truth though, there simply is no human that can defeat Alucard. Even Hirano would have a hard time explaining how the fuck Abraham Van Helsing captured/imprisoned him in the first place.
ONLY a human can defeat a monster, whatever that meant.
Ass-pull exposition with no true basis.
>legitimately would've fodderized the final boss and any other demon by the end
And hell he'd be super god damn busted outside of his own series too.
Maybe just fightan spirit, I always believed Alucard surrendered to van helsing family. He clearly pities/envies humans and 100% weakens himself to fight on their level, maybe that could kill him.
How come more vampires aren't OP sadists and are instead girly men pussies? Even in Netflix new dracula he's literally a fag.
Gets old.
Except when he was fucking up Anderson and even hid away behind his ghouls while tearing his arm to a point beyond regeneration. Then bitches about him cheating with super powers. lulwat
Pic related cound literally uses galaxies as weapons.
Anderson would have killed him without the intervention of seras
Name any other series/show in which the vampire wins and is not some pussy that either falls in love with some slut or chooses to suicide because of being a monster hurr durr
just admit you are underage, no shame in that.
How though? He would literally have to kill millions of people. Even after Alucard released all the souls inside him he still was able to regenerate (which disproves Anderson's theory that now that the souls are out Alucard is vulnerable).
Mostly they just go to sleep forever til humans come poking. Extreme fatal boredom.
I bet you're some sweaty thirty ear old that goes in the McDonalds ball pit and acts like tough titties.
He got his ass slapped around by a baby. Alucard would be way to OP in HxH universe. Only that stands a chance is Aluca wishing him away or something.
That guy excpet he's not a hotty methhead and is instead an obese body pillow hugger.
Size matters
>Stronger then some literally who tanks big bang levels of energy up his ass
>Kills abstract entities like nobody's business
>Has fuck you levels of speed
Don't need to answer that for you
You gone and fucked up. Alucard would just adsorb Simon along with his spiral powers and then go one to become a galactic size vampire.
RIP galaxy.
It takes a while, though.
>Even Hirano would have a hard time explaining how the fuck Abraham Van Helsing captured/imprisoned him in the first place.
Much of Alucard's powers are the results of Helsing's black magic experiments on him.
classic kiddy reply, cmon bud, just say it, "yes I'm underage", we won't tell mommy.
>No one comes even close to truly harming him.
Just 10% will be enough
I guess the concept felt kinda refreshing in restrospect but truth be told I ended up rooting for and admiring the major, which ended up being arguably the most compelling and fascinating character of the show
I had to scroll this far before the right answer was posted.
The oldschool Vampire universe by Whitewolf and its VTM storyline has the best representation and characterization of vampires in any media.
but can he beat gilgamesh
t. monster
lmao, the Major was a mess of a ideals and cringe.
It's one thing to root for him to beat Alucard, but you'd have to be 15 to admire that kind of nonsensical character as compelling
i am consistently stunned that oWoD is old and nothing ever replaced it.
>which disproves Anderson's theory that now that the souls are out Alucard is vulnerable
why? I found the concept of him retaining his humanity despite being reduced to a grotesque imitation of life and being set on destroying a monster that merely imitated human life and wore it as a disguise legimely fascinating. the fact that he was fighitng a hopeless battle only added to it. what's cringe about it?
>what's cringe about it?
you are literally arguing with an underage who thinks "alucard is cool" and probably watches hellsing abridged
Haven't read the manga yet though. He's the kind of archetype I like. Unapologetically OP, essentially retribution itself in a human guise. One Outs did it really well too.
hellsing abrideged was fun aside for the last few episodes
that's funny. I actually find this kind of characters quite boring and I think hellsing only works by virtue of the rest of the cast
Alucard doesn't fit the archetype I'm thinking of. Alucard is basically a trump card: a superweapon used by the real protagonists, functionally no different from a mecha.
Akagi and Tokuchi are more mystical: possibly demonic reality benders in a real world setting designed to teach the supporting cast lessons and provide divine punishment to the antagonists. They're the kinds of characters you'd often see in Twilight Zone: living fables.
She’s literally God and can destroy and create universes on a whim.
guess that's why I like one and not the others
Golgo 13
Akagi is a good gateway series to introduce someone to Mahjong. Instead of droning on and on about someone's pools' tells and "summoning dragons" tier bullshit superpowers he is the kind of nigga that people can relate to without any prior knowledge about the game. Stealing royal flushes in front of the Yakuza and doing extremely silly waits the other players just happen to deal into is something anyone can "get". I loved Akagi and hated Kaiji.
>Still believing the dumb as fuck red herring
t. never watched legendary gambler tetsuya
I felt the people Akagi was helping were meant to be the relatable ones, but I do agree that at least Akagi's tricks were all at least somewhat possible, which made him stand out. Another part of what I like about characters like this was the character's roots. Charles Wells was essentially a real world equivalent of this archetype, inspiring the song, The Man Who Broke the Bank at Monte Carlo. Wells was a genius who just showed up one day and fucked an entire casino.
