I really want a story where the mc is getting revenge but then some moral faggot started preaching shit like “don’t, if you kill him, you will just be like him” or “ don’t, you won’t bring back the dead even if you revenge”, only for the mc to ignore his advice then kill the murderer then proceed to kill the moral faggot’s love one then ask him, “will you forgive me for what I did?”

I want to see a slow slippage of a moralfag into being a murderhobo, all too often they get traumatized once and then become a total prick in a snap.

I lean mostly toward murderhobo because the moralfag will just waste time morally fellating himself instead of dealing with the enemy.

this is pretty much what eren is doing. people are threatening his people for a 2000 year old grudge and he is only doing what must be done. even though it involves killing innocents it still has to happen for his people to be at peace. you can see his expression here when he sees his memories that he knows shit is going downhill from there. there is only one path for eren now.

Eren was "weird" from the start

isayama is just getting rid off the side characters plot points & development he didnt finish earlier. like gabi/sasha parallel and connie's mom. it was pretty obvious that there was going to be an alliance but there are still memory shards we havent gotten. either april or may is going to be the start of the eren flashbacks and development. we havent heard any of his thoughts in over 30 chapters isayama doesnt move the plot without eren so we just have to wait for him to show up before things are interesting again.

MCs who are willing to kill for good reasons, but aren't total psychopaths. Unfortunately those are pretty rare

The only reason for the time skip was just so SnK wouldn't have another 80 chapters

It honestly feels that the ending where everyone gets along would be more of a self-insert thing. It's the Jesus fantasy. Genocide is more a case of realpolitik - It's looking at the situation going "...Yeah, you know what? I'm going for the safe path. I guess I worded my post in a confusing way. I think that an mc in the middle of the two spectrum would be best. But I also want to see a story where a murder hobo mc would do what I described. The mc I think is best might not alway be the mc I want in a story.
