That was part of Nakaba's master plan from the start. He's mentioned a sequel about Arthur multiple times over the years, named Mel and Ban after the fathers of Tristan and Lancelot respectively, and even had a character called Gawain in one of his previous series. He's always wanted to draw a manga about king Arthur stuff and he's finally getting to it now after like a decade.

It's unclear. The apparently tentative(?) title is the Four Knights of the Apocalypse, similar in theme to the name of this series. There's no more information other than the name so we don't know who are included in that 4. Could be Arthur + 3 of his top knights(Tristan, Lancelot, maybe Gawain). Or maybe Arthur is a separate side character that the knights serve, alongside the other knights of the round table? Or perhaps there's a twist and the 4 knights are actually the villains fighting against Arthur's gang.
