It feels like everything in this show exists for the sake of the theme and moral of the story (which is incredibly simple). The show states something incredible obvious and force feeds the viewer time and time again with the same message with little subtlety. In theory the show is about beeing humble, self imporvement, building meaningfull relaitonships etc.but comes off as smug and arrogant in it's humbleness. Literally just pat yourself on the back dear viewer for recognizing those obvious life lessons. It' also a wish fullfillment and self imporvement simulator. Dude just go to the gym, everyone there will love and support you! Find a father figure mentor dude. Dude beeing a good and one thing doesn't mean everyone will love you, dude don't be a dick to people lol.

Animation is actually pretty good i have to admit. Fight direction fe;t too weightless for me. Art style can easily be seen as ugly by many people and it's clearly rather simplistic and rarely stays on model which make the animation significantly easier (and thus somewhat less impressive).
It's not a terrible show by any means but both the show and it's fanbase are incredibly anoying in their fake humulity.
