Why did he favor Sasuke so much

same eyes duh

He reminded him of himself.
I read a comment that was pretty good. It was that Kakashi was like Sasuke that found hope while Obito was like Naruto that lost all hope.

So it just always goes to the oh I'm the Sasuke of this generation!
ohh and I'm the Naruto like guy of this generation!

because like Sasuke he lost everyone he cared about

Probably some obligation he felt toward Obito. ALSO probably knew the Sharingan is too valuable to waste.

Sasuke loves sasuke duh

Kakashi's sensei died protecting Naruto only for him to become an obnoxious retard, I don't think it'd be unreasonable that Kakashi subconsciously resented Naruto in the early days until he started becoming more like Minato

>Sensei dies protecting his fucking son
>son is ostracized and made a pariah
>instead of becoming a full fledged psycho just becomes a happy go lucky prankster
>does nothing at any point to reach out to him and instead resents him
I refuse to believe Kakashi is this retarded.

Didn't he thought that Naruto could pull it off on his own while Sasuke needed a guidance?

>I refuse to believe Kakashi is this retarded.
How do you explain Sakura?

>implying kishi had a plan

It's just one of the examples of poor writing. Doesn't bother me too much though.

Sasuke and Naruto both are stuck doing stupid shit like catching cats until the Zabuza mission, where both of them are given the same training regiment. Immediately after, we get to the Chunin Exams, where Sasuke gets targeted by Orochimaru, and implanted with the Cursed Seal. Kakashi's then gives an emergency intervention which only Sasuke needed. Then we see the fight of Lee vs Gaara, where Gaara specifically wants to kill, and learn Sasuke has to face him. Kakashi needs to help him because he's the only living person with a Sharingan that can help him, while Naruto isn't in eminent danger so he gets an elite tutor who he then abandons to train with the legendary Jiraiya. After the Chuunin exams Sasuke leaves to never be taught again, and Naruto leaves to train under Jiraiya.

The narrative preferred Sasuke, but Kakashi was the only one who could help Sasuke improve with the specific tool set he had. Any teacher could have helped Sasuke learn stuff, but you can't effectively teach him to do things you yourself are incapable of doing.

No. He wanted to make Sasuke an extension of himself. He realized his mistake after the desertion.

people who hate sasuke have shit empathy and can only self incert into characters that are retarded like naruto.
kakashi is a good character so he can relate to sasuke

This, there were cool plot reasons.
Like Chidori could only be used thanks to the aid of the Sharingan.

Guilt over letting Obito die + He saw himself in Sasuke.

what chapter is this from?

he was horny?

Which role did Asuma have in his team?

The cumslut

I wanted to know if he was more of a sasuke or a naruto type of guy, this just makes him similar to both of them

well the other guy on his team was the jobber with the scar on his face and he has basically no characteristics to speak of

On an unrelated note, I just re-read the manga last week and it wasn't as bad as I remembered (save for the clusterfuck that started when Naruto started his fight against Tobi/Madara.
I used to think that the mass edo tensei was just used for pure fanservice reasons but now I think that it was a good way to develop some secondary characters and explore some of the lore of the setting (which really needed it).

but the first part of the war was actually cool, most people started hating on Naruto and the war beacause it was fillered as fuck but obviously the manga is a different story

I never got past the chunin exams. Mind telling me what's this about?

Attached: 15.jpg (1415x2048, 815.5K)

>but obviously the manga is a different story
Not really. The war in the manga lasted for something like 5 years real-time with every chapter doing absolutely nothing to progress the plot (events were usually explained one week, happen the next week, are re-explained the third week, and then filler chapter of characters reactions to event the fourth week)

still better than being constantly fillered

>but the first part of the war was actually cool
I'm not saying it wasn't, in fact I praised it because it allowed us to meet some past important figures and learn more things about the lore. It also allowed for nice character development like Chouji's.
What I didn't like was everything from when Naruto and killer bee started facing Tobi with his new mask. Nonsensical powerscaling. transformations everywhere, the author forcing the irrelevant background characters to be relevant, KAGUYA.
No seriously, clusterfuck perfectly describes it. I'm pretty sure Kaguya was only introduced to tie with the sequel since apparently, Kaguya's people are the villain of it (Not reading Boruto so I don't know).

Ok I see you lied k thanks

It makes sense to resurrect some past Kages and past Jinchuurikis, because they are very powerful, and it is interesting to see those characters since we never got to see them in the story.

But let's take resurrecting Dan (Tsunade's ex)... is that really necessary? There's no value in doing that on a narrative level, and that's how i feel about 90% of the people that got resurrected.
The war arc should have been shorter with more emphasis on a smaller number of key characters.

He was suited to teaching him because of Sharingan and Lightning affinity.
That and he had to take care of his curse mark.

Pay attention to the damn story.

Why do you idiots come up with this headcanon bullshit?

>Ebisu
>Elite tutor
Come on now.

>and it wasn't as bad as I remembered
You must be retarded.
If anything it's worse than I remembered.
So many plotholes.

How did he know that Naruto doesn't have Lightning affinity? He never did the affinity test until years later

>That Sasuke
And then he went on to not learn a single fucking thing from this exchange.

Because it's the only way to enjoy this poorly written shonen garbage

He works pretty well to fill the gaps that naruto has. His issues arent stamina and power, but the very basics and control. A sensei who got to elite jounin status with only the basic techniques would be exactly what would offset Naruto's power-focused kit let his trickster nature shine in battle.

Instead he gets a guy who teaches him to punch people with chakra ball instead of just fist.

almost all ninja in naruto know like 3 jutsu, they are all specialists that make variations of the same technique

Are you autistic? Genuine question

Wrong quote?

There, I fixed the entire show

>If anything it's worse than I remembered.
>So many plotholes.
The plotholes were already noticeable in the first read. I didn't pick up any plotholes that I missed. The second reeading allowed me to appreciate all the forshadowing Kishimoto put in the earlier chapters.
I suggest that you try to pay more attention from now on so you won't miss glaring plotholes.

He failed to realize that the reason Naruto couldn't control his chakra was because Orochimaru had put a seal on Kurama's seal that was messing his whole balance and not a complete lack of basics (although he also had a bit of that). Jiraya realized that instantly and removed it. He also helped him tap into Kurama's chakra that allowed him to bypass the gentle fist and later on to survive Shukaku.

He's right, though. Hiruzen Sarutobi "The Professor" "God of Shinobi" is the single strongest ninja in konoha's history, uncontested, even better than the 2nd and 1st Hokage and therefore also Madara Uchiha. He is considered as such because he knows a lot of techniques.

Would Ino take naruto's cock?

>>instead of becoming a full fledged psycho just becomes a happy go lucky prankster
Konoha was so fucking lucky Naruto didn't snap.

Not only that, they actually share the hobby of gardening outside of just being classmates and work buddies.

Ino is a slut

Ino is as useless as Sakura if not more
Asuma is by far less interessing than Kakashi
The only improvement is Shikamaru but that change implies that Ino-shika-cho isn't a thing anymore and that's just too much.
Ino was exclusively attracted by pretty boys

Except Guy, Kurenai, Asuma, and THE SON OF HIS FUCKING MENTOR.

Wrong, there's nothing wrong with standard team 7 Kishimoto just can't write. What Naruto really needed was a different author

>Naruto didn't snap
Carefully examine the 49X chapters again
Dude literally split his mind in half and shoved all the bad shit over there so that he can be happy more.

And then you remember he had Naruto train chakra control.
WHEN HE WAS FIGHTING SOMEONE WHO SEALS CHAKRA

If anything, it was a matter of poor timing that fucked any development he got from If Kakashi came in time to stop the Sound Four from beating Sasuke's ass and making him feel even more helpless, then things might've gone differently.

Attached: 1568979051906.jpg (1320x2048, 269.61K)

Kakashi is a good Sasuke
Obito is an evil Naruto

Nah that doesn't make sense

Naruto should have been on team guy

Attached: team gay.png (1356x952, 1.31M)

>only for him to become an obnoxious retard
Except that Naruto had reasons to do so and you would have to be sasuke's levels of edgy to resent a love starved child to do pranks in order to get attention.

> I don't think it'd be unreasonable that Kakashi subconsciously resented Naruto in the early days
Yes it fucking is, the sandaime explained Naruto's whole mental issues to Kakashi. It's immature as fuck to resent a child for acting childish. Especially when it is the direct consequence of being unjustly treated like a pariah by the rest of the village from the moment of his birth.

Naruto still ended up winning by doing the old bunshin trick.

That's not snapping though. Snapping would be turning into chuunin exam gaara.

You have to remember that Uchihas have a predisposition to turning evil.

"subconsciously"

Learn what that word means. he can't hate him, not even subconciously if he doesn't believe at all that Naruto is in the wrong.
We are also talking about kakashi, a self-hating guy who blames himself for the deaths of Obito and Rin, You also have to remember that Naruto is acting the exact same way as Kakashi's best friend. It would make 0 sense for such a man to hate Naruto for the reasons you said.

Maybe, I don't know, never got tested, anyways, could you tell me how many characters know or use a lot of jutsu without them being a modified version of the ones they already use?
