Irodori certainly went all out on this last episode.

I'd recommend using the archives since for a few episodes there were additional corrections after the nyaa upload was posted. It'd still be good to get a proper translator to go over these, but hopefully this is a decent enough stopgap.

Just noticed the power-up also gave Neko twin tails.

Was the opening ever released on CD? Will it be?

From what I remember it's coming out with the BD for Hentatsu, along with an acrylic figure for either Isa or Tatsuki depending on where you order.

The opening will be release as its own CD bundled together with the Blu-ray with all the episodes of the TV series.
The release date is April 29 and for only 4180 yen.
As extras you will get also two audio commentaries for each episode, the first with the staff (Tatsuki, Isa) and the second with the cast (the two voice actresses).
Also if you buy the thing on Amazon or Aniplex+ you will get an Oni acrylic keychain with stand, but if you buy the thing on Animate or Gamers or Toranoana or Sofmap then you will get a Neko acrylic keychain with stand.
