I've been re-listening to every Yas Forums sings recently for mixing purposes. I'm definitely curious. What makes a good Yas Forums sings in your opinion? Not the singing skills obviously.
As a mixer myself, submission count and how enthusiastic the singers are. Because to best represent Yas Forums means as many willing anons possible, you all already killed my eardrum a long time ago so quality will not matter to me.
Depends on the song. For a fun, upbeat song like Seton Gakuen OP it's enthusiasm, submission count and a good syllable timing by the mixer. For slow songs you need some alright singing for solos in addition to that, while submission count isn't that important and syllable timing can be more lenient for slow songs or solos.
The actual ability to mix, a good mixer should be competent enough to sync the unison parts to sound like they're singing in unison without having one or two singers dominate the gain, as well as highlighting the shitty but funny and geniune good parts for solos. Sounds simple but most Yas Forums sings mixers don't even come close to achieving this.

Nah, it just loves sex jokes and tension. The girls are sexy as fuck and the whole cast knows, everyone loves alcohol so much that I fear their braincells after University.
And it's going to be great. I can imagine doing this, but old songs don't get a lot of submissions if they're not real classics. I fished for uninstall submissions for years and in the end I had like 13.
