I'd say it's more of a way to enjoy life and always explore the unknown, anything can be an adventure if you look at it from the right perspective. so the idea of instrumentality is not really that bad because mutual understanding from every beings and losing material forms can remove pain and problems, but at the same times it's actually very boring or imperfect still remaining on a human reality. a real transcendental thing is mostly beyond death, and not some hive-mind who still remains here.
