actually implement the limitations other notable skill stealers
Kirby route: skills are temporary
Megaman route: they cannot stack and have limited number of uses
Pokemon route: only have limited slots for skills getting one means removing another
Blue Mage route: only certain skills can be taken
Fate route: the skills are shit compared to the actual ones
Taskmaster route: can only steal physical skills
