Look at Mikasa's dishonest response to Eren's question in 123. She obviously loves him but she didn't tell him. That's a set up for future development between her and Eren. Just come up with some reason for that to be positive development and you have a compelling argument.
Look at Kruger's last words, the railroad flashback, and PATHs to show that Eren still cares about Mikasa. With that having been established, draw attention to Eren's "I've always hated you" comment. Eren still cares about her, but he wants to sever their bond. The logical conclusion is that Eren is trying to protect her from what's to come by ensuring she's not involved.
So just like that you have:
>the truth about Eren's words left unresolved
>the truth about Mikasa's feelings left unresolved
>a solid argument that both still care about one another
That's really all you need to make the argument that in their next meeting Mikasa will confess and Eren's attempt to protect Mikasa will come to light. Spin that in whatever way you want.
