NWers don't have quantitized HP, Mana, XP bars or levels, they are only translated into Yggdrasil system when Yggdrasil entity appraises them.
If System can't translate NWer race or job into Yggdrasil - it will return 404 not found just like with Hamsuke or with Evil Tree when it's HP bar went integer overflow.

Yes, but having more life force just means it takes you longer to die from having a knife stabbed to your heart, it doesn't mean the knife will just be bent in half instead.
