The problem is that Pawa just straight up crossed many boundaries. She doesn't flush and refuses to bathe, she throws any food she doesn't like around, etc. etc.

Nah. Majority of FT girls look the same, and have the same body. Just look at the two female leads of each series. Lucy/Erza practically look the same in design, just different hair. Orihime/Rukia are completely different in design which gives a nice balance between the two. Kishimoto shouldn't even be listed cause Naruto has like 5 attractive female characters, and none of them are Hinata or Sakura.

Nami's single hottest (and OP's as a whole) scene was her in the bath in Thriller Bark. That was the only time I genuienly could wholly look past Oda's art.

Basically the whole thing with Mashiro's art is "whatever works, stick to it with minor alterations". Dude has found the ideal formula regarding female characters but as a result, and like you said, his designs tend to look somewhat identical after a while.
Honestly, can't blame him because I have fapped to FT girls the most (aside from some females from Naruto and Bleach), but I too would like a little more variety in shapes and sizes.
