Setting Hondomachi straight in episode 6 felt like his "moment" to me.

Thinking about it realistically, Narihisago will have almost assuredly bled out by the time anyone gets to him unless he did off-screen first aid on himself.
Matsuoka had retrieved Momoki before Kiki was released, but they had to drive to another lab, get some gear, contact other officers, and drive back before infiltrating. Narihisago has been sitting there with a hole in his gut for at least 30 minutes at the absolute minimum, if not closer to an hour. Even if the bullet missed all his organs, that's still a stupidly long time to be bleeding out.

Dream time has nothing on real time. The whole thing could have happened in minutes outside the well. Though his phrasing of "those who want to come back" are a touch ominous.

Dream time doesn't matter. I'm just saying it probably took at least 30-40 minutes for Momoki and Matsuoka to drive to Kura, turn around and drive to the the lab, grab the stuff, drive back to Kura, and then for Momoki to suit up and get inside.

I'll buy the BD if the ending next week doesn't completely shit the bed.

It's not really that far fetched. If the device can scan your brain than it's really basically just running an avatar based on what it scanned when you logged on. Your regular mind and body go into a slap and the experience and memories upload to you as they go. Since he was scanned before he died then that avatar should still function.
