This one was pretty good too, but Tsubomi and Erika felt pretty OOC and overall nerfed. Speaking of Tsubomi, I never noticed it when I watched HaCha because I was so used to hearing Nana's chad Tsubasa voice but it's definitely Nana when you listen to her.

I know the DX series is considered good nowadays relative to the other crossover movies but iirc wayyy back, a lot of people didn't like DX2 due to the focus on Tsubomi on Erika.

Maho also has an audio drama, which is quite unusual.

I don't tend to bother with movies for shows like this but I watched HC's since it was my first season and I was in maximum overhype mode at the time, and I watched Maho's because it's easily my favorite season and I wanted more when I was finished, so I guess I lucked out. Still need to see ST's since I hear so much praise.

One thing to keep in mind about the Crossover movies is that they were released on theaters during episodes 6-8 of a season, which means they were in production before the season itself aired, that's why there's something off about the "new" girls, sometimes they nail their future personalities but sometimes they diverge a bit from the actual season, the movie crew had to make the thing before witnessing all the developments that the TV crew made, they certainly share some rough drafts and stuff, but I doubt it's a lot considering that the seasons themselves can be pretty flexible in regards to the reaction of the audience (remember when they said Bibury wasn't originally supposed to turn sides and become friends with Ciel? That was because the audience took a liking of Bibury).

I think you would enjoy more than the HC/Maho/ST trio, they are the peak and that's why people like to talk about them, but there's some other good stuff.

imo all the movies are enjoyable to a certain extent because of all the sakuga you get, it also feels good to see all the girls drawn on-model in a pretty artstyle (at least for the non-crossovers) with their hair flowing on the air and stuff for 70 minutes.
