Blame Force. Was suppossed to be what continues the main story with a new major incident to solve (with Vivid as a lighthearted spinoff to help fans relax), but the cancellation just screwed everything
Vivid was forced to be the new continuation and people didn't like it much (or Vivid Strike)
But they refuse to announce Force is cancelled (it's officially only in hiatus)
What does this mean? They don't want to replace it in the timeline with a new story
They don't want to "spoil it". So the stories of the main cast can't move beyond Force and we need stuff like Vivid and Vivid Strike where the focus is characters who aren't major players in Force. Or Reflection, which tries to go into pre-Force stuff
