There was one genuine Rizufag on Yas Forums. While anons are happy 22i is giving every heroine a win, Yas Forums really never really gave a fuck about Rizu. Interest will pick up when we get to the Fumino end, and peak when we arrive at the Mafuyu end.

I like Rizu, but the thing is I'd rather we get 1 conclusive ending instead of 5 half-assed ones.
Separate routes only work in VNs where you start the route from early on.

We don't even know how the remaining 4 will go down. That being said, a Rizu end was always going to be difficult to pull off. I expect the Fumino one to be decent with Mafuyu getting the most satisfying conclusion since 22i always went one step further when it came to writing (some) of her chapters.

I'm not sure if it'll be super romantic as in a proposal/kiss. We'll see if Rizu gets a proposal/kiss as well. At the very least I believe we'll get a confession from both sides establishing that they love each other and want to be together.

How will Yas Forums react if the Uruka volume sells far less than the other girls route volumes?

we aren't going to get a ton of more volumes. volume 16 covers the finale of uruka end. volume 17 will cover routes 2-5. which is doable if each girls gets 3 chapters.

You're already wrong. Volume 16 is 133-141. Volume 17 is the whole entire Uruka end. Rizu would have to end right after the swimsuit chapter which clearly isn't the case with the pace of current chapter and the plan for the next one. I'm not even bothering to screencap this.
