There are currently a total of 5 OADs in total published/planned (though there might be more announced later on, who knows...), of which 2 already aired and 3 more are planned. All these OADs are bundled with the special editions of the manga volume releases, so yeah, the one mentioned in OP is the first of the 3 "planned" ones and gets released alongside the Special Edition of manga volume 14 (pic related).

Pretty sure you just cook/heat the beans and then crush them. Mortar and pestle would work, but theres also that one machine where you crank it, and it crushes it around a center spinny thing.

Penicillin is refined from mold until you develop pharmacy. In the early stages they would just grow it in mass.
Lime and sand and ash gets you basic cement.
The basics of a steam engine are simple and I've seen them. You build steam pressure and you use two pistons that move the weal one after the other.
I know how to create and use electricity, but I don't remember how storing it worked.
Fertilizer was based on saltpeter, but I don't remember the entire process.

Plant cocoa, harvest the fruits when they're yellow/orange/red, take off the seeds.
Aztec style: grind the seeds and you're left with a thick liquor. Season it with some hot peppers and drink it hot; it's chocol-ātl, or "bitter water". (I don't recall if "chocol" is just short vowels or there's some long there.)
For a more modern process gotta ferment and roast the seeds, then grind. The resulting liquor is split into cocoa solids and butter, then re-joined for a better ratio.

Penicillin is trickier than it looks like because natural strains of the mould don't produce a lot of it.
Storing electricity is often by chemical means with a reversible reaction. For example car batteries use lead, lead dioxide lead sulphate for that.
Fertilizer requires a lot of stuff, but the simplest one would be NPK: nitrogen (saltpetre, urea, ammonium nitrate, etc.), phosphate (usually from apatite) and potassium (you can get it from ashes but it's counter-productive; halite is better).
Lime used for cements (calcium oxide) isn't found in nature. You need to roast calcium carbonate beforehand.
For chemical warfare chlorine gas is fairly doable, provided you have electricity and salt. Bonus points: safer water sources because you can make bleach out of chlorine.

Nope. No no no no no NOPE. Isotope separation isn't something your average MC can do. Fucking centrifuges are a pain in the arse to design.
Three things you didn't mention, that would be important to develop: sodium hydroxide (electrolysis), sulphuric acid (catalyzed oxidation of sulphur) and nitric acid (sulphuric acid + some nitrate). Those are the basis for industry.

If you got oil refining, nitric and sulphuric acid, then TNT is also a good option. Better than nitroglycerine at least, safer to produce.

I like cheats that are unique, but not game breaking.
I'd say he can transmute stuff at a mana cost and it's only nonliving things and it's not super fast (something something spirits mana bla bla).
Transmuting just changes the shape of things to his will preserving mass taking time dependent of proficiency.
It's mostly useful for making tools and machines. If trained for combat he could destroy or disable equipment given the time to touch it. Imagine opening up armor like a can with his bare hands at the high end of skill.

The individualist vs collectivist theme at least in Reverend Insanity's case is pretty blatant. Demonic cultivators are rogues who live for themselves and trust nobody, Righteous cultivators live and die for their clan/sect (at least on paper). I can't really say if the author takes a particular side because both groups are full of terrible people and hypocrites at that, as the righteous cultivators use the sect for their own benefit while Fang Yuan despite being an ideological loner is almost completely dependent on plundering and preying on other people to accelerate his own cultivation.
